Kansas State was not in the Cotton Bowl last year.

Changes from last year's Cotton to this year's:

1) Lined up against a BCS game (2014) instead of the only bowl game that evening
2) Did not feature the Heisman trophy winner
3) Did not feature Oklahoma vs. Texas A&M
