Let's just look at Alex vs Andrew, 1st 2 years in the NFL ? Did Alex have the success Andrew did his 1st 2 years ? Did carry his team his 1st 2 years ?

Nope, had to have talent around him and the proper system to run.

BTW, what excellent talent did Andrew have yesterday? Yet through his mistakes, he kept them motivated and carried them to victory.
