I thought I read somewhere that Arroyo's knee was trashed?

Tore his ACL and missed a year. Bruised his knee in the Senior Bowl. Don't know if it's "trashed" but it was a Grade 3 tear.

I mean, I love you C-P... but if you're taking Simmons and Arroyo, you could almost just really go for it and draft an entire draft of guys who's knees are ****ed.

I know a lot of folks don’t want Simmons due to injury, I’m hoping he breaks through and comes back to health for us at LT. He really passes the eye test for me, looks like he’s control while locking guys out on the edge. So in my dream situation, Chiefs are the team that take a chance on his medicals and win big!

Henderson would just be the perfect back for us, hands down.

I get the hope.

But do you spend a first - or trade up to spend a first - on a guy when you’re hoping someone will be the first to make a full recovery from their injury?

I agree that it’s not the smartest move, but in my dream scenario it works out.
