I wish the Christian churches would get together and make Easter the same weekend every year.

Yep. We Christians have to consult with the Jews to know when our most important annual holiday occurs.

Easter's date is determined by the first Sunday after the Paschal full moon. The Paschal full moon is the first full moon that occurs on or after the spring equinox. While the spring equinox shifts yearly, the Church uses a fixed date of March 21, known as the ecclesiastical equinox, for calculations. This means Easter always falls between March 22 and April 25.
