Seems like this was overshadowed by the OT rules and the tush push but this might have a bigger impact than any other rule change. Clearly trying hard to create more kickoff returns.

Having a strong-legged kicker is going to be a must. You really only need 25 yards for a shot at a fg.

Damn, that is just crazy, but it makes sense why they are doing it. Just about up to the 40 where kicking out of bounds gets you.

The STUPID USFL- type rule just got more STUPID.

Yeah this seems significant. Teams are going to need to get really good at executing both sides of this play.

The constant changes are annoying and these KO rules are just stupid. The game sells itself despite these super rich idiots trying their hardest to screw it up.
