Always gives great information

Nah, I never watch/listen to people with that style. I don't get how people can watch it.

I much prefer to read than listen to some annoying person dramatize a topic.

It's far better to spend my TV time watching this than paying some idiots that hate me and make crappy fictional movies/tv/music but it's a free country. By the way isn't drama, just facts most of which aren't readily available.

I don't watch him just for shits and giggles but have absolutely watched his stuff for some ongoing ailments here and there.

Overall I think he's phenomenal, dude fixed my ****ing GERD and got me off PPIs which are known to have horrible long term side effects. He's a guy who genuinely deserves money for the content he provides. Great stuff.

At first I thought he was a quack or just another grifter but the more I watched the more I found his info invaluable and well studied. Good to know I'm not the only one who found him a great resource.

I'm a big fan. Started watching his videos years ago when I started the Keto diet. Not that you need a ton of direction for the Keto diet but I found myself watching YouTube videos just to get some content on it and help me visualize the benefits and stuff. Helped keep morale up.

But over time he expanded to much more than Keto, and I have adopted many of his things. A lot of them I just watch and say "yeah, not going to that much trouble", but I still find them educational. I also buy his electrolyte powder which is great when on Keto.
