I can't imagine he's going to be too impressed with the effeminate QB with the sparkly nails who is going to be handing the ball off to his guys.

The fact that he didn't come back to KC. Kind of shows what our true thoughts of him as a coach.

Yep. It's pretty clear at this point he's never going to get a head coaching job so there wouldn't be any reason not to bring him back unless they just don't see use for him.

Back where he started with us. He was a really good running back coach. I'm sure that he will do great at Chicago. I remember Kareem Hunt's first game and how he fumbled his first snap. Beinemy was encouraging him and he ended up having a great game.

He's not ever going to be a head coach. That ship sailed.

Good reset for him. Ben Johnson will set him up for success in that role. I guess the question is if his ambition will want him craving more. If he settles into this type of role he can have a nice career.

Position coach is where he belongs, he's just not an OC or HC

I genuinely like the guy but he seems to be moving backwards instead of foreword. His timing seems to be on par with Alec Baldwin just sans the catastrophic consequences as opposed to WTF consequences.

Maybe he just needs to adopt the George Castanza mentality of 'do the opposite'.

Andy has brought back coaches before. So ya it does kind of say something.

People just don't listen to the stuff they don't want to hear.

This should not be a surprise to anyone. This is exactly who EB is.

Yet scrubs like Brian Schottenheimer and Kellen Moore are going to be HC.

I’ll take the high road and assume he had some role in the success of the Chiefs dynasty… even if this role is overstated by some with ulterior agendas… and wish EB the best with his future endeavors.
