Media Mocks 2025

Figured we’d start a thread to share and debate mock drafts we find around the web, even though we all know the mocks we produce ourselves here in the Draft Forum are far superior!

Couch-Potato 01-30-2025 05:32 PM

Here’s one that got my attention: https://www.profootballnetwork.com/7...-january-2025/

PFN

1. OT Josh Connerly Jr
2. DT Deone Walker
3. DE JT Tuimoloau
3. TE Alijah Arroyo
5. WR Elijah Badger
7. DT Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins

Started off hot with those 1st 3 picks, but I woulda gone with CB David Igbinosun, CB Cobee Bryant, or TE Oronde Gadsden with our second 3rd in this scenario. Not sure why they have us in the 5th, instead of the 4th, but assuming we should’ve had pick #138 I would’ve taken RB Dylan Sampson! Wow! Noting DE Jordan Burch in the 6th!? His measurables alone seem to elevate him to higher rounds.

Couch’s revised version:

1. OT Josh Connerly Jr
2. DT Deone Walker
3. DE JT Tuimoloau
3. TE Oronde Gadsden
4. RB Dylan Sampson
7. S Shilo Sanders

I’d be really excited about this outcome.

David Igbinosun is going back to Ohio State for his Sr year.

Good luck to him!

JTT in the 3rd?? I figured he would be a late R1 pick

Conorly feels like a coin toss that could go really well but just as easily be a disappointment. I don't like Walker at all if I'm honest, plays too high, doesn't show the strength you'd expect, imo.

I'd love to prioritise speed on the DL, but JTT is a great fit and very good value in the 3rd, I'd be very happy with that, though not sure he lasts that long.

Gadsden, yeah, maybe, not convinced he'll be BPA but fine with it. Think id keep Arroyo there. Sampson would be outstanding.

Overall, would be pretty happy Couch.

Here’s another from Chiefswire that also felt Chiefy

1. OL Jonah Savaiinaea
2. WR Jayden Higgins
3. TE Gunnar Helm
3. LB Deontae Lawson
5. DL Joshua Farmer
7. EDGE Anto Saka
7. DL Jamaree Caldwell

What do you guys think?

Also, did our 4th get downgraded to a 5th? and do we have two 7th’s now?

Couch-Potato 02-02-2025 09:44 AM

A like the way this one starts out and wonder if we’d take one of the top 2 TEs if they fall to #32 or Fannin if he falls to us in RD 2, what do you guys think?

Chiefswire

Round 1, Pick 32: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Round 2, Pick 64: Shemar Turner, DT, Texas A&M
Round 3, Pick No. 66: Ajani Cornelius, OT, Oregon
Round 3, Pick No. 96: Zy Alexander, CB, LSU
Round 7, Pick 255: Collin Oliver, EDGE, Oklahoma State

Dunerdr 02-02-2025 01:54 PM

NFLSE has us taking ersery and trevyon Henderson.

That would be a home run

This is a great point, we might never be happy with any of the TE’s that follow Kelce…. buuuut I’m pretty sure we woulda said the same about Tony G also.

I'm excited for Wylie honestly. He's got size and decent speed. I think he can be your normal Andy Reid "Good" TE. And with Rashee and Xavier both looking like plus wide outs I don't know that you need to invest heavily in TE pasty Wylie and Gray.

Hoover 02-03-2025 03:27 PM

I think this is a draft where you have to draft guys that will have opportunities to play right away. Meaning that while I'd love to grab a mid round TE or DE, I just don't think they are going to see the field like DL, RB, and DBs would.

Now there are always exceptions to the rules, but even if Kelce would retire, which I think he's here for another year, that rookie TE isn't going to get a ton of balls thrown his way. Same situation with DE.

Wylie with Gray and Hendershot, I think we are fine. You're never going to replace Travis. So don't blow a top 70 pick just to make yourself feel better about the situation. If you want a TE, go for a reclamation project and just wait for Atlanta to cut Pitts.

Dude has done nothing. I'm not sure he's worth the 10M 5th year option.
