What an icon. I hadn't seen him in anything since "Elf".

That's a big loss for humanity. I really enjoyed his humor.

I was about to comment that he seemed old when I first saw The Bob Newhart Show as a kid. But the numbers work out. He would have been in his forties when I was a 12 year-old kid, and when I was 12 a guy in his forties was old.

I did see him a few years ago.

When I was a kid I had a thing for his actress wife in the Bob Newhart Show-Suzanne Pleshette. Man I thought she was foxy.

I kind of preferred his new wife at the inn. She could really make a sweater sing. But to each his own and they were both attractive.
