That is a guy who I hate, start liking, and then hate again.
Come to think of it-
I used to hate Madden when he was coaching but loved him when he was riding coast to coast in his RV and working the games.
I still hope Gruden took the Faid gig to screw Al and "spawn of al".

I really like him and he actually makee the Raiders my second favorite team in the division.

Point being he never built anything or sustained it. Dungy never did either.

Jon Gruden is actually very good at what he does but his offense is stuck in the NFL of 20 years ago. I don’t mind him but he’s never going to beat the Chiefs the way he coaches.
