We should have let the Titans score
They were up one. We had no timeouts and Henry busts a long run we tackle him for a first for at the two minute warning. Titans take three knees and game over. Once he got the first down yardage, if we had let him score, they kick the extra point and go up 8. We get the ball with no timeouts and about 1:40 left. I doubt Alex would have delivered, as he rarely does in that's situation, but it is certainly possible. Complete lack of awareness from Reid/Sutton. Should have instructed the defense:. If they get first Duren yardage, let them go.

Then the titans run it to the 2 yard line and lay down and now there's a 0% chance of winning.

My plan called for them to not let a running back convert a 3rd and 10.

Are we sure we didn't let them score?
When the Titans went ahead there was six minutes left. Any less time than that and Alex wouldn't have had enough time for his eight-minute clutch drive. As it was, it took him 4 minutes to get 30 yards. |
It was fixed... We were screwed in believing they were going to win.

Ifs and buts my friend. If Henry is smart, he would down himself rather than run it in.
I still remember when Brian Westbrook did that for the Eagles and Reid was beside himself he was so shocked. |

I knew we wouldn't win when Mariota caught the batted pass. PTSD, Shellshock, Battered Chiefsfan Syndrome, whatever -I literally turned to my buddy Nabbo and "said, welp...we won't win this game". |
We did let them score. Over and over.
