Throwing this out there;

Just smoked 19 pounds of pork but for 7 hours, and a small pork tendoin for about 3. And transferred them to the oven for the rest of the night. 2 more tenderloins and 10 pounds of wings are getting smoked tomorrow. Plenty of other food too.

I've invited many friends but just want to include the CP crowd. Anyone near the St. Louis area is welcomed in my home for some fun. I'll have lunch time, 1-2 range, and dinner, 7-8 range, and plenty of leftovers at 10-12 range. If you want to come say hi, eat a bit or stay the whole day; consider this an invite. PM me and we'll go from there.
