Does Anyone Prefer "Blue" Flavored Snacks?
 

I was grabbing a Popsicle out of the freezer just now, digging through the many remaining "blue" flavored ones to get to the orange or strawberry left over. This seems to happen every time I buy a bag of snacks. Especially frozen ones. We have our favorites but they all taste really good. Except the blue ones

Now, I don't mean purple. Purple is grape. Grape is a great flavor. I'm talking about the "blue" flavor. They call it "berry" or blueberry or Zesty Sparkly Super Blue Razz or some such bullshit. The names change but it seems like every fruity snack product has to have one. It's not that they are so horrible. They typically do get eaten. But they just don't taste as good as the others. Kind of a funky flavor.

Is this just me and my family? Does the "blue" flavor satisfy a demographic? Or is it just added so they can fluff up the number of flavors offered? Does anyone actually prefer the "blue" flavor?

I've been eating alot of Bomb Pops for some reason. I am on a kick or something. I like the blue part the best...

Blue Gatorade is my go-to.

I can't tell enough of a flavor difference in Popsicles for it to matter, so I just pick the one that matches my shirt best when it eventually breaks in two and falls on it.

i don't like the blue ones either...i think they're supposed to be rasberry, but they taste like ****in banana.

Blue ice cream is even worse than the blue popsicles because the dye has to be even more intense, I suppose. The first time I saw my kid's poop after he ate some of that, I nearly called the doctor.

Now the little ****ers think it's hilarious to eat it, just so they can turn their poop green (a fact that like to talk about loudly while waiting in line at the ice cream shop).

If we're referring to Flav-R-Ice's I like the blue and green mostly.

Orange is a close third!

Boo Berry cereal (if they still make it).
