Remember your regulars and greet them by name. Just like any business where you are selling yourself, you have to build rapport with your customers. Make them want to tip you more!

I always tip big to my regular pizza guy, when someone else comes they still get tipped, but if they stand in silence 'heres your pizza' you can bet my tip amount will be less.
