NFL | Bills extend Schobel's contract Associated Press Defensive end Aaron Schobel, Buffalo's best pass rusher, was rewarded with a contract extension yesterday. Terms were not revealed, but Bills vice president Jim Overdorf said it was the team's hope that Schobel, 29, who is coming off a Pro Bowl season, remains with Buffalo for the rest of his career. Schobel had three years remaining on his previous contract, a five-year deal worth about $23 million that included a $6.75 million signing bonus. He was to make $8 million in base salary over the final three seasons, including $2.5 million this year. |

Hehe, well you gotta pay your good players. Allen's price only goes up if he plays well this year and keeps clean off the field.
