Bubic has made my 'bet on him every time he starts' list, which is a short list. Today the Royals were slight dogs which is super rare, with a +112 line on my terrible monopolistic sports betting app. That's very nice.

Bibee is alright, pretty good overall, but Bubic is in top form.

Averaging what, 3.5 runs a game.

A lot of emphasis was put on the outfield in the off season for obvious reasons. But lost in that wasn’t just getting a guy who is better than who we have, it’s that we also don’t know what salvy will provide at this age, or Massey or Vinny who don’t have multiple seasons of doing anything and a safe bat in the outfield could provide a floor. Unfortunately we could face a reality that if those guys don’t produce we could be in real trouble.

They've played a lot of cold weather games too. It was in the 40s today. Gotta hope some of these guys hit better as it warms up. Isbel has a higher OPS than Vinnie and Salvy so far and that's not good.
