Look I love that we’re finally successful enough to have these kinds of productions made about our team.

But for me, we’re in the middle of the dynasty. There’s more to be done. And I want that documented too.

Yep, guarantee that's one of the biggest reasons why this was made. 3 peat would have made it epic.

Yeesh, no! We had Game of Thrones for decades before Mahomes.

Interesting because I got over it pretty quickly. Only took me about a week. While we failed in the threepeat, I think the fact that we had won it the previous 2 years made it much easier to accept. Now the 12-25-71 loss to the Dolphins, I carried that one for about 35-40 years before I came to terms with it.

Ultimately I think they were just really hoping to capture the threepeat in depth.

Sadly won’t end that way but will be awesome and should only make them more likeable.

Reminds me of a bandwagon fan I ran into this week. I was wearing a Chiefs ball cap and so he brought them up. He was very disgusted with them and how they failed this season.

I said, are you serious?! They have far and away exceeded anything I thought they would ever do in my lifetime. I remember back in the 80s just hoping they would make the playoffs. This year they made the Super Bowl AGAIN!

He then proceeded to change the subject to how he knew someone that is a pilot for the Hunts.

Hey now, don't discount the fact that we had players make the Pro Bowl!

I was over it pretty quickly too. Same with the Bucs Super Bowl.

I think getting our asses totally kicked each time made them easier to get over. A heartbreaker or last second loss would be so much worse. There wasn’t that one moment or play that decided the game that haunts you for weeks. Just complete and utter domination. Not our day. You just tip your cap and move on.
