This story comes out every year, about 4 months before the "Chargers will win AFCW" stories.

In58men 03-02-2025 11:59 AM

Chiefs are typically interested in every WR that becomes available.

This also happened with the Patriots.

I don’t see why not.

Could move him to LT, back at WR.

Could be the next Dexter McCluster

Several things can be true at once. They need a playmaker on offense and they need a tackle. It has been true since Hill left. Is DK still that? They have Worthy but they need a bonafide WR1. Rice... who knows what he is after his injury and he has a suspension coming I don't think he can be counted on to contribute.

Rice is supposed to be fine after rehab. The injury is not of the sort that should be any problem moving forward.

DK Metcalf doesn't really fit this offense, and certainly doesn't fit this cap situation.

Ain't happenin'.

I like this idea. Stack our three receivers across three drafts and stagger the contracts, when needed. And, like it or not, it allows us pay our offensive line if we aren't paying for receivers. When the o-line contracts are up should be just about the time the receivers will need extending.

The only noteworthy WR free agent I'm interested in is Hollywood. And then only if we can't get Burden. Worthy, Rice and Burden would stress all three levels of the defense and assist in the post-Kelce transition. Signing Noah to a reasonable deal was a sound investment.

Let's go back to a dominant offensive passing attack as everyone else in the league is going back to ground-and-pound.

He’s likely going to NE. Vrabel has mentioned multiple times that they need a WR for Drake Maye. They could easily give them pick 38 and pay him whatever he wants.
