What will Pachecos carry share be next few weeks?
With Pacheco coming back soon how do we think he’ll be eased in?
Even if he’s good for this weekend do we see him taking on a lot of carries knowing we’re playing Carolina with a quick turnaround on a Friday game? I see a lot of people thinking hunt will move to a small role but I don’t think they’re considering the short week. |

Having those fresh legs is going to be so amazing. I'm betting on Hunt going back to his role he had in Cleveland once the real bullets start flying. That would be a perfect balance, IMO. |

If he's healthy then get him out there. I wouldn't load manage him at all. If he is good to go he's good to go.
|
He broke his leg. He doesn't need any additional "healing". Throw him out there and get him ready for the playoffs.
|
Split the touches with Hunt down the middle.
|
Probably start him off slow like Andy always does. I’d guess this week is a warm up. Probably like 10 or so touches.
But goddamn does Kareem need that. You can tell Kareem is getting worn down getting 24 touches avg per game. Getting Kareem down to 10-12 avg per week is gonna help him so much. Honestly wouldn’t mind getting Perine in there a bit to give Kareem more of a break down the stretch |
Hopefully we get fully healthy across the board with no new injuries.
Mahomes Pacheco Hunt Hopkins Brown Worthy Smith-Schuster Watson Hardman Kelce Gray Hendershot That's an offense that can probably get you 25+ points reliably once it's the playoffs and we're not hiding plays anymore. |
10 carries

Just in terms of potential points scored, we're already averaging 24. I'd hope we would see closer to 27+. |

It's a broken bone. There's not much "healing" needed now. |
Hoping this is a super heavy Perine/Steele (or CEH?) week to let Hunt rest and Pacheco eased in.
Let the meat shields take the hits while the starter RBs get right for the home stretch. |
Carolina’s defense is ranked low in both against the rush and pass.. We could use a committee and still hopefully come out on top…

100%*
*Disclaimer: I have him on my fantasy team. |
There's no reason to limit his carries, he broke a bone. It's healed
|
Only if he's not fully conditioned yet. Otherwise, let him rip.

How long has he been able to workout? If he's in shape, then he's gonna get 60-70% of the carries. |

Yeah, for me it’s about football shape. And coming off of injury and immediately jumping into a short week.
I feel like Kareem will be the workhorse this weekend with the hopes of a quick lead and next Friday we will see way more of a Pacheco game. |
It's Panthers week... unleash Perine and have the others on a pitch count.
|
Not many carries this week I bet....but let him get in there and get hit a few times to remember what it feels like.
|
5-10 Carries.

Damn! You fixed it before my post hit. Lol |
Gotta get Hunt rest so he’s fresh for the real season… and get the rust knocked off Pacheco/CEH …. Perine needs more involved in the offense the next 2-3 weeks.
Gotta have a full arsenal when it matters. |

The rest of the OL needs to play up to their talent, and Mahomes needs to course correct some of his mistakes. Nagy needs to stop being experimental with his pass blocking schemes. But an unspoken element of that issue is that the WRs need to get open. Brown will help a lot, there. |
I think it will be a bash brothers thing…every other series and the go hot hand.
Either way….one of them tenderizes the defense, the other comes in fresh and punishes them. I’m excited. |
I think Pacheco will ease into the 3rd down role. Perine has been average in that role to date. Pacheco is a good pass protector, and catches the ball well. I think they’ll ease him back there first.
|
Too conservative, give him a solid work load 16-18 carries.
Time to hammer down and stop with the slow playing. He’ll be fine |
