Rashee Rice Injury Watch [LCL surgery done, out ~4+ months]
Did not look good
Rashee Rice Injury Update Thread
That did not look good fam
I am sad.
This sucks.
Prayers for quick recovery |
Thanks for the awful throw and tackle Pat
This is uh
Ugh |
Very sad now regardless of the outcome of the game
Yeah that looks like a hyperextension
It doesn’t look great but I feel like this is the type of injury that isn’t going to sideline him for too too long |

Maybe Chris Jones can let him use his third leg
get well soon
Quote:
Goddamn what a dick punch regardless of whether Pat wakes the **** up and we win this game |
Will wait to see what the twitter tard doctors have to say
I will be happy if it is “just” a hyperextension.
My suspicion is worse. |
“Out” for the game.
no other news. |

Has that Chinese doctor on Twitter made a post about this? That guy's always diagnosing player injuries without seeing x-rays
I dunno but I am getting flashbacks to the Justin Houston injury which was a long term one
Can Rashee serve his suspension now?
Rub some dirt on it, slap some bubble gum on it, and put it in a knee brace and he'll be back out there in a jif.
The issue is getting the dirt. |

ACL
Posted this in the GDT, but Mahomes needs to just jog off the field on turnovers.
Nothing good will come from him getting involved in this. Only exception would be the Super Bowl. That’s it. |
Day to day….

Pat can't take a sack there christ

This is the new game day thread

I said in the GDT that it might not be as bad as first expected. Since the tibia didn't rotate as the knee went back it's possible it's not the ACL

Out till after the bye, likely. |
We gotta get some points here!!!
Rashee rice had his hands over his head leaving indicating it’s an ACL. He looked more annoyed than hurt. He was trying to walk it off on the side line
Year of the injuries.
Andy Reid said "not good" :(
Andy basically confirming that Rice had a major injury “it’s not good”
Reid just said that he doesn't know thevextent of the injury, but he said,"It's NOT good."
Welp. Kind of sucks that's the last we'll see of him for well over a year.

What was he supposed to say exactly?
I feel so sick. I’m so bothered that I want to know right now his exact injury. The waits gonna be unbearable
Well if he’s gone for the season at least the decision to trade or get a FA is made for us

That was a costly interception...
I mean, it wasn't exactly difficult to tell that he hurt it pretty significantly.
Our top two receivers get hurt on a routine tackle on the first play in preseason and our QB running into the other one's knee after an interception. Unbelievable.
Mecole Hardman come on down! Your the next man up!!!
This will give an unsung player who is waiting in the shadows an opportunity to step up.
The greater the glory, my friends. Just watch what they do now. The Chiefs are winning this game and will find new pathways to success. Get on board, fools. |
Hate to say this but watching it again it looks like compound fracture of the tibia and fibula.
When Mahomes hit him his leg bent back but doesn’t look like the bend point is the knee. Looks below the knee. And he immediately grabs his calf as if to move it into place. He went to X-ray and they immediately said out. Reid at the half saying “its not good” I hope I’m wrong but man. Maybe it’s a crack or he only broke one. Both Brooke it would’ve folded completely and we’d all be cleaning our carpets right now. |

Crap
On a ****ing throw I could have made....
Really want to hear an update
Do not let Rashee anywhere near any of the Chargers staff

Any update is not gonna be a good one they expect |
They’re saying Torn ACL

Mahomes is more powerful than rolling a Lambo

This is just a sad situation. Kid was cooking
Damn. Probably aren't going to see him until the middle of the 2025 season.
Oh. Oh ****.
Not sure I’ve ever seen it be anything else when initial reports “fear it’s an ACL injury”. He’s done for the year.

I thought this fear was pretty obvious given the way he was led off the field and the way Reid - who notoriously never gives up more than is necessary - addressed it at the half in those sideline interviews.
It’s a huge loss and really alters the trajectory of the season. |
Reports were saying Jordan Love could have an ACL too and he missed a bullet. Hopefully Rashee can have similar luck but I'm not betting on it.

I’d rather be 1-3 than lose Rashee. The injury bug is gonna be hard to overcome this year. We’re gonna see what these guys are made of.
Next man up.
I guess. |
The juju signing appears fortuitous. Hope he’s got some stem cells pumping into his old bones.

Time to bring back Dieter
A meniscus tear could be what it is.. Just a guess.. They can clean it up and hopefully back in 4 to 6 weeks.. Depends on swelling when they can fix it.. Just a guess like everyone else..
His lawyer should move the trial up to this week
