Damn tivo box went out Friday night. They actually had a tech that was going to show up this morning but we've been dealing with the bat flu so I had them reschedule. I hooked the cable directly to the TV hoping I could get FOX so I could watch the game but I'm not finding it. I also have the NFL app on my smart TV but I'm not sure if the stream will be blacked out in this area because the game is on a local channel. The whole thing pisses me off!

Can't you switch your tv into antenna mode and search for local channels over the air?

Will miss most of the game. Kid 2 comes in from london and then to Culvers for a real american hamburger.

I unhooked the tivo box and connected the cable directly to the TV and did a channel search. I think I've found FOX so I think I'm good. It's one of those situations that gives me the need to bitch. :cuss::#:cuss:

I should feel more comfortable about this game, but one or two costly mistakes could flip this. While the Chiefs are heavy favorites, you just never know with Bellicheats defense. Expect them to take away Kelce and, like most defenses lately, make the wideouts beat them. I think we’ll see a lot of CEH and McKinnon out of the backfield. The offense has really become the screen, quick slants, sweeps, etc. Reid’s bread and butter. Now that the offense is in a box, he’ll continue to expand on what the guys can do versus what Reid wanted to do like early in the season. It’s a shame to play this style with Mahomes at QB. It’s depressing in the same way as seeing a boomer drive a performance car.

19’ or 22’ Chiefs blow this bad Pats team out. 23’ Chiefs could struggle today against a good defense. Like Seth K wrote about…lower expectations knowing this is a good but not great Chiefs team. We get to 20 we win bottom line. Would be nice to not allow an inferior team to get out to an early lead.

I'd argue this team is better than the 19 team - problem is their one weak spot is one that can completely negate a super human Mahomes.

That's kind of a big deal...
