The first season was a 10/10. Perfection.

Lol well they did it pull it from the source material from a 2 decades ago atleast. First episode already got me wanting more. I'm reading it now but haven't gotten this far yet.

Finally got caught up on this show from Season 1. Lots of highs, lots of lows (anything to do with the high school drama, crappy animation, and honestly Sandra, JK, and Walton phoning it in) but I'm in so far. My wife was turned off by it being overly cartoony which bums me out.

Episode 3 was gut wrenching

I have no idea where this story is going.

Didn’t they just introduce Allen the Alien in basically like the last episode of season 1? lol

At this point, I'm tempted to just buy the comics. The story is the best part, but they are really dragging this out.

Loved the first season. Just binged season 2 this morning. I loved it! Awesome series! :thumb:

It's awesome seeing it on screen. I have read ahead of where we are now and definitely enjoying both. Some stuff improved I think on screen. We haven't scratched the surface of where this story will go.

The graphic novels are definitely worth it, but I feel they've done well with the show to this point. The subplot with Mark's mom and girlfriend gets a little grating (the girlfriend is a twat in the comics) so I get your point there. But it really is worth it to dredge through those storylines. Promise.

Yeah they've actually streamlined alot of plot so far to get to what is covered in this episode in the comics. The showrunner said he could see it being like 7 seasons or something, when I heard that I was kinda shocked. They'll have to prune storylines to get it in 7 seasons especially with the villains they still have to introduce. With Angstrom Levy being introduced this season, they're kinda rushing his arc and I can see what these next four episodes are going to cover. Time is a very weird medium in the comics, months, years, decades pass over a matter of issues throughout the series, but they're definitely skipping beats to get there.

I have no doubt. There are some aspects to this show which are really great. I just think it's fair to point out there is a bit of filler, the Guardians have been completely skipped over in Season 2, and the animation is pretty shit. Doesn't mean it's not a good show, but for a 2 year wait, it's a bit disappointing that the show looks so low budget and comes with a mid-season break.

Good god, that's alot to cover in what 4 or 5 more episodes? Can't wait.

I just finished season 3. It was really good. This is a surprisingly good series. Next season can't get here soon enough.

I enjoyed the first season however it's just not grabbing me anymore. I guess I'm just not hip enough to get it. I think it's superhero overload.

That was a good season. Very VERY bloody, even for this show.

Yep, it took me a couple of minutes to figure it out, but he had enough of that Negan attitude to have it hit home that it was JDM as the voice of Conquest.

They actually have a ton of big names voicing characters on this show.

JDMs voice at the end of Episode 7 was more disguised, but the voicework in the actual episode 8, especially towards the end was pure Negan. Great season though, really liked it and it was nice to not have a midseason break like with Season 2. Keep em coming, I know where the story goes but looking forward to these huge set pieces being animated and see who they get for the voice actor for Thragg. Almost wished they would've gotten JDM for Thragg and had an older actor play Conquest.

I left this one off at the mid-season finale of season 2 and just picked it back up. I was able to burn through a handful of episodes. I like that about the show.

I am really enjoying Mark’s devolution into a bit of an antihero while he antagonizes Cecil and the GDA.

Allen got REALLY ****ing strong.

Rex Splode is hilarious. The earthquake dude kidnapped them all and he’s like “Any last words before you all die?” “EAT YOUR OWN DICK!” LMAO

Michael Dorn voicing Battle Beast is just "chef's kiss."

Alright, I finished running through season 3. Yeah, whoever said that season was bloody was damn right lol
