A couple of surprises - I had no idea Bushman played at all last night. No Jaylon Watson on Defense, Tranquil with a severely limited snap count and Gay only playing about half of the snaps.

Moore out snapped every WR as the work horse WR taking over JuJu's role, as some of us thought he would.

Toney's "****ery Per Snap" average is off the charts.

Yep, and that's why I am as down on him about last night's "performance" as KT. At least KT has a valid excuse, having just returned after missing TC & Preseason. He still managed to receive more targets than the guy who was supposed to be leading the way, from a WR perspective.

Well, I guess he did "lead the way"... the corps largely sucked last night.

Every game Toney plays he does maximum damage on minimum snaps. This time it went the wrong way.

Everyone but Toney had a better performance. Skyy Moore is an absolute dud. The MEH of the receiving corps until he proves otherwise. We've got 21 game's worth of film on him now. It ain't pretty.

Yes, but usually the damage is done to his own body.

Toney had 4 drops in 16 snaps.

Amazing feat.

Skyy has one game to get his shit squared.

If he doesn't, just play Richie.

I'm not sure that's an improvement. Richie was moving like his shoes are made of lead.

I read on CP that he set an all time record for separation from defenders last season but Mahomes just keeps missing him

3 catches and a TD in his first game as a pro. It took Skyy Moore his entire rookie season plus 3 playoff games to accomplish this body of work.

Rashee Rice needs to get those snaps. Start him in slot. He showed real flashes last night. More than we've seen from Skyy MEHoore in 21 games.

Oh wait he said Richie not Rashee.

It scares me seeing Cook and Reid with 100% of the snaps. They're all we have at safety but they're mediocre at best.

Matt Dickerson had the most snaps at DT.

Are you satisfied with a DT rotation of Dickerson/Nnadi/Wharton/Coburn?

If they hold the #4 NFL offense from a year ago to a mere 14 points and give our team a chance to win, which they did, then yes. I don't give a **** what name is on the back of the jersey as long as they execute. Last night, they executed. Only reason we lost is because our receivers couldn't catch the goddamn ball.

I don't get Cook tbh, didn't understand the pick, but he was absolutely fine against the Lions. He's a very sure tackler but coverage and range are what we probably lack without Thornhill. Then again Thornhill was good down the stretch and pretty bad rest of the season. Plenty of time to see what Cook's got.

Wasn't the only reason we lost. The DTs had their role.

Dan Campbell aggravatingly gave David Montgomery three times the carries he gave to Jahmyr Gibbs.

We owe him a valentine for that, because Montgomery was trash and Gibbs was eating 6 yards/carry on the ground.

They gained 5.7 yards/carry against our nickel. Watch Dickerson/Wharton against the run. The Lions consistently ran at them, because they were getting consistently washed.

I'm not entirely sure if a DT recorded a single hurry/pressure the entire game.

The DTs are not doing their jobs.

That is one of the best OL's in the league.

We need more Tranquil and Edwards, less Cook and Gay.

Reid and McDuffie were great.

Sneed a bit off his game.

The problem is that they are both strong safeties.

So Reid should be playing because he is the best we have.

I want to see Edwards more, hell, even try Connor and see what he can do instead.
