*****The Felix Anudike-Uzomah Thread*****
More to come!
Spoiler!
|
LET'S GET AFTER THE QB BOYS AND GIRLS!!!
|
nvm oops
|
This was one of my picks.
**** yes! |
Edge was always the target. Good pick
|
**** yea.
|
Sure, why not?
|
I dont pay attention to college. Someone tell me what to think.
|
He's a Kansas City Chief, so he's primed to be the best player to ever play.
Ever. |
Literally going to break his dick off inside Justin Herbert
|
FIRST BALLOT HALL OF FAMER LOCK IT IN FOLKS

Born and raised. That's ****ing cool.
He's going to ball out. |
Mid
|
Mizzou got us Bolton, K-State got us King Felix.
This is awesome. |
**** yeah
|
I hope he causes major problems for all the other QB's in the league.
|
|
They did as well as they could. The pick is fine.
Nothing mind blowing but **** we were at the very end lmao |
Nasty DE that is hungry. Love it.
|
The need makes sense and wasn’t really a reach. Drafted about where most expected.
Should be a better group of DEs than we’ve had recently. Go get some DT depth, an OT, and a WR over the next couple days. |
Sure why not.
Tough board and a position of need. I’m cool with it. |
Of course it was edge, Omenihu is no guarantee... build a deep rotation on the DL for pennies on the dollar
|
In.
|
Caked the puck since like 26.
|
show me the speed score
|
You guys this is the PERFECT complement to furious George. Totally different skills set.
Hot hot hot. |
I wanted Kincaid or Njigba or Nolan
But we got this guy, and I'm stupid, so he's probably great. Let's go boyos! |
Yousmomma!
|
We finally have an edge rusher that can bend with a sub 7 sec 3 cone.

I don't hate it, I don't love it.
But I do feel like he's very similar to Karlaftis in that he's a high motor, put my head down, and perfect my craft type of player. His physicals are probably my biggest worry. But **** it baby, Veach knows best. |
Love the pick!
|
D-line is going to be much better than last year.
Daniel Jermiah on NFL Network compared him to Judon....if he turns out to be that good then this will be an excellent pick. Defense got better tonight, and there are plenty more picks to move up with tomorrow if Veach sees someone he really likes in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. |
He’s 21
It’s a fine pick We’re picking at 31. It is what it is |
Wonder if we even tried to trade up, there were several spots I was hoping we would.
|
He is from KC, went to k state, and now a chief. Dude will ball out.

FAU is much more bendy and agile. |
Watched all of his games. Hes pretty good and was doubled every play
|
**** yeah, Felix has a great motor and should pair very nicely with the Greek Freak. He seems to naturally find a way through blockers. He was double teamed a lot. He had some great games this year. I like this. I think he has the frame to gain some additional strength too.
Go K-State. |

Saw his draft comparison to Dante Fowler not bad

What if I told you he is a huge Chiefs fan, and that he posts on CP?
I'm not saying that he does, but what if I told you that? |
Solid Pass Rusher at 31? I’m perfectly okay with this.

Karlaftis, FAU, Jones, Omenihu, Dana, Wharton
We coming |
Been saying for months that Spags had his versions of Strahan and Tuck but no Osi Umenyiora. Well he just got ‘em.
FAU Karlaftis year 2 Omenihu Jones Hoo boy. We gonna hunt this year |
Had multiple chances to get a playmaker. Drafted Felix. Who cares if we have no production for 2 years. Mahomes doesn't need weapons. He can win everything by himself.

Cracks me up that he watched the pick from Lee’s Summit. Get your ass downtown, bro.

Loved how the family was so amped. Which makes sense as hes from LS but just catching that genuine excitement was great

But can he get to half a man against good OTs? Because bend don't matter off they beat you to your spot... Eh, not too bent out of shape because we absolutely needed a complementary pass rusher and Omenihu isn't really a complement to GK. Just really would've been intrigued by Porter Jr. Onward and upward. He'll be a player and a fun guy to cheer for. |
i will say, this gives you the ability to slide omenihu in next to jones on passing downs, and miss nothing at end
that could be some nasty shit |

The KSU and FAU referenced in a football thread is screwing with my head.

Feels nice |
Just watching that first video highlights I can see why Veach took this guy. Gonna be a monster. We build a top 10 defense and wer'e looking at an undefeated season. We get to face off with Aaron Rodgers this year. Can't wait to show the world who's boss.

Then in 2024 he replaces him. Seems like a pretty clear path long term but maybe Crow is right. The talent just absolutely leaps out at you. The measurables and size are legit. why's he still on the board? Gotta be something we don't know. |

Plenty of WR talent left: Hyatt, Tillman, Mingo, Dell, Mims, Perry, Reed, Rice, Downs, and Scott.

I get it. Part of picking last. Good problem to have when you win Super Bowls. |
Like this guy more than Karlaftis. Was not real high on Karlaftis. He just didnt produce as much as he should of in college. This guy has shown it in results and good athletic profile.
|
Here's the thing as well. He still has room to grow. When he came to Kansas State, he was a scrawny kid at 220.
He's now 255. And he's 21 years old, last I checked. |
