LMAO LMAO LMAO |
I watched every minute of that game because I wanted to see Clark.
She did not disappoint. Jaw-dropping performance. Unreal. |
She's pretty freaking amazing.
|
I watched an entire game of women's basketball tonight for the first time in my life. Clark is quite the player indeed.
|
She's got a ton of swagger. It's fun to watch her confidence on the court.
|
That's even more disrespect than Draymond showed Westbrook on the perimeter the other week.
|
She's the PMII of women's college BB.
|
Caitlin was a blast to watch. That was the most I've ever watched from Women's hoops and it didn't disappoint. Great game.

She might even be able to beat a couple of high school boys bball starters from a really bad team so yeah she actually is really really good.
|
It's a shame that at some point she'll have to go to the WNBA and never be seen again.
Hoping she stays 2 more years. That was a lot of fun to watch. She's awesome. Go Hawks! |
is she biologically female?
|
She's a Chiefs fan too, so my opinion of her is even higher.

I almost started this thread. She’s ice cold.

During the Louisville game, Van Lith said something, and Clark told her "You are down 15 points, shut up."
Paige Bueckers is my favorite player, but Caitlin Clark is my second favorite. I can't wait to see them play together in the Olympics one day. Man, imagine Bueckers, Clark, Brink, and Boston on the same team. |
Yeah she makes me maybe want to watch women’s sports
That’s a very big hurdle outside of gymnasts and figure skaters |
She seems nice. Jackie Styles was prettier though.
|
unlike so many woman players clark's shooting form is just like a male player---she was hoisting up shots from distance with no effort..she also showed speed dribbling past alot of those south carolina players
|
She a chiefs fan. She met mitch houltus and tweet with PMII. So you know she good.
|
She’s amazing.

The only thing WORSE than watching women's sports, is betting on women's sports.
|
Clark attended the Seahawks game this year.
|
That was a great game. SC out rebounded Iowa big time but Iowa kept chugging along.
Clark is a superstar. I feel a little bad for the rest of the team because to the media it’s all about Clark and the whole team performance was great. |

Great family. |
Just popping into this thread to say I don't think I've ever seen a female college bb player with that kind of shot in my life. Pure.
It got dusty watching that performance, we all witnessed greatness. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">CLARK IS FEELING IT <br><br>31 AND COUNTING<br><br>(via <a href="https://twitter.com/MarchMadnessWBB?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@MarchMadnessWBB</a>)<a href="https://t.co/0Fyqb2r5kz">pic.twitter.com/0Fyqb2r5kz</a></p>— Bleacher Report (@BleacherReport) <a href="https://twitter.com/BleacherReport/status/1642004343363899394?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 1, 2023</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> dagger. I marvel at what Secretariat did as much as I do what Mahomes does. Watching greatness in sports - any sport - is one of life’s great pleasures. Sad you limit yourself. |
I'm an Iowa fan, and have watched Clark play at Dowling Catholic in High School, but Hawkeye Woman's BB has been appointment TV for me all year, Its so ****ing good. And their NCAA run is as much about the team and coaching as it is their Superstar in Clark. There has been a different girl step up in each game that has allowed them to win. Clark and Ciznaro are always going to one theirs, but in the Sweet 16 is was Gabby Marshall, Eliete 8 Warnick, last night Kate Martin.
And the coaching... Bluder is a great story in and of it self. She's a great coach, her staff has been together for 31 years. Amazing. But they have deployed some incredible defensive schemes in this tournament. Amazing stuff. Clark not defending that gal in the header, that was scheme. Fricking nails. |
I don't know who she is. I just came here for the comments
|
Didn’t catch the game, but saw the highlights on ESPN. Amazing watching some of those shots. She was well beyond the three point line and was swishing those shots and hitting nothing but net. Very impressive.
|
I love the sound on the tv when she hits a shot that is all net.
Seems like the look and sound is a little different when she splashes one at the trajectories she uses. |
Since I don't watch a ton of women's college basketball.....is she a senior?
Living in Oregon, Sabrina Ionescu was basically a celebrity all over the state. I'm sure she's getting the same kind of treatment in Iowa. |

Get used to hearing about her Quote:
You can definitely hear the difference when someone is a pure shooter. It's not a swish, it's a popping sound. Gradey Dick had a few of those this season. I remember Kevin Durant and Steph also creating that incredible sound |

She's also the biggest thing in Iowa since corn. I agree she'll make more in college than the WNBA.
The Iowa announcers breaking down in tears on the call last night tells you all you need to hear. Also I bet Mahomes is there at the championship game tomorrow and they finally meet |

Never heard of her until this thread, but that actually was kind of awesome.

Yesterday was the first id heard of her. CDot was saying she's a bigger super star than Mike Trout.
|
That was one of the best women's BB performances I've ever watched and I've watched almost every Jackie Stiles game. Being the best at your level of competition is something to be honored and respected.

Women sports are garbage

I learned this the easy way. My freshman team was split into two teams in high school. My team scrimmaged against the varsity girls who were #4 in the state. I was so scared, I was like shit we are gonna get curbstomped by girls and everyone is going to make fun of us. We won by 52. And the scrubs played, alot. |
Anyone complaining has never watched her play. I don’t usually get into wnba games even with all the greats that have played throughout the years but she’s hella fun to watch. It doesn’t make you less of a man to enjoy watching great players play. She happens to have a way of playing that is way easier on the eyes for someone used to watching men’s bball. It’s like a women’s version of Steph curry and I don’t know if there’s ever been a player like her.
