They are pouring concrete

To my New home today.

It's about time, We signed the contract Oct of last year but they are now starting to get it built.

Rain Man 02-27-2023 11:18 AM

I hope you're using that ancient Roman concrete. It'll last forever.

Either way, congrats on the new home.

Bearcat 02-27-2023 11:19 AM

Coochie liquor 02-27-2023 11:26 AM

So if we need to dispose of any handguns we should head over and bury them in your foundation?? What’s the addy??

kc-nd 02-27-2023 11:27 AM

Make sure no one buries a Raiders flag underneath the concrete

Have you seen the most recent discovery about Roman concrete? They think they have finally figured out what makes it different from modern concrete.

George Liquor 02-27-2023 01:32 PM

Anything to do with buying a home is an awful experience

TribalElder 02-27-2023 01:36 PM

After it's built are you going to pay monthly installments for 30 years

No, shit, the Total cost of the house is 421,586.00

The bank values the home before it's even built at 610,000.00

It helps that we paid 6500.00 for 3 and half acres of land.

Dark Horse 02-27-2023 02:15 PM

Uhh being a CP member I hope you remember to install drag resistant carpet

Hardwood and tile throughout the whole house, No carpet anywhere.

Titty Meat 02-27-2023 02:29 PM

Who gives a shit? You're lucky I don't bury you under the concrete mother ****er

Dark Horse 02-27-2023 02:34 PM

Now this just a suggestion, but I probably could be a designer, a nice arrowhead logo in the center most tile in each room would look awesome

LoneWolf 02-27-2023 03:08 PM

Hope it goes well for you.

Jenson71 02-27-2023 04:14 PM

That's terrific, but why build a new house when you can buy an old one that keeps ****ing falling apart all the ****ing time?

Dad was a carpenter for 35 years and he always said there are two kinds of concrete-concrete that has cracked and concrete that will crack.

Will this guy have more or less threads about his home building process than The Bad Guy did with his a decade or so ago?

He saved so much paying only 6500.00 for the 3 and a half acres of land that he goes 3.5x over on everything else in life.

I'd read that article! I'm curious why it took so long to figure it out.

That was hilarious. It's shocking how many of these idiots don't really think about anything but the angle of the cuts on the trunk in front of them. No consideration for where the center of mass actually is at in the tree structure. Nope, just aim that ****er thataway. LOL.

Hey, Reroka if it's not to much trouble some drone footage of your concrete curing would be awesome. Maybe later on the removal of the forms, everybody loves that stuff.
