Welcome Back!
Good signing as our RT and G backup. Now let's find our starting RT. |
my man
I’m happy we brought him back. Surprised he didn’t get more interest.
You can’t have stars at every position. Wylie exceeded my expectations last year and was an averageish starting RT, also played with an attitude that was nice to see.
I'm not going to bitch
Hes a good depth guy
solid depth
Good signing at the price. I like him and he can fill several positions if needed
Wylie actually looked fairly decent last year, but I don’t know if I’d trust him to hold down the RT position against the new onslaught of pass rushers we’ll be facing.
Seems like they paid him backup money. Hopefully that means they will still look to upgrade. |
This is good. He's cheap and relatively decent for a backup
He matched up with his old college team mate Maxx Crosby great. I think he's good depth and he's been able to stay healthy. Good keep. I like him.
He held his own for the most part but my favorite is him holding up a defender and Trey Smith levels him out.
He can play along the line in a pinch and I think that's what versatile reasoning on bringing him back. I'll always root for him. |
At 2.5 I’m happy. If it’s 10 I’m pissed.
My only complaint is that they should have stated he needs to do something else with his creepy pedophile facial hair.
Who?
I’m glad we had him last year, we would really have been in trouble without good depth. I hope we don’t need him this year, but it’s good to have him in case we do.

Heard Grunhard on the radio tonight saying he thinks Trey Smith could move out to right tackle and hold it down. I admit I never even considered the possibility, but I'm intrigued.
He’s not an All Pro by any stretch of the imagination, but he is solid and versatile enough that this is a good signing, especially for the money.
Very glad he's back.
Hopefully “The Process” results in Wylie not starting at any spot on the OL, and where he serves as a very capable back-up, where the starting spots are held down by players with more talent.
Not hatin……hoping. |
Yeah fine, a meat and potatoes depth move
I'm just waiting to see how Veach' slow burn approach turns out We've so far signed Reid, and resigned Burton, Henne and Wylie... sooo many more moves to go, get crackin Burl |
