The best though, at least my personal favorite, Hunt was so wronged by the chiefs organization and everyone is cheering for him to get his revenge on kc.

This is the same narrative that began last season. It started out as "The Chiefs might be the team to beat in the SB!" And by the playoffs it was, "everyone that can run the ball and play keep away is going to beat the Chiefs in the playoffs!"

Any guesses what the narrative will be next season? I mean, along with "Lamar is elite!" And "Tannehill is actually just as good a QB as Mahomes! Just look at the stats, man!" And "Josh Allen is a better QB than Mahomes because 4 wins in a row!" Or whatever.

Any team can beat any team on a given Sunday.

But I wouldn't bet real money on CLE beating KC this weekend. Hell, I wouldn't bet Monopoly $$$ on it.

But if I could say it on TV and make money? Hell yeah, I'd say almost anything you want.

Believe it or not, I root for any AFC team that isn't the Steelers or Ravens. IF (and I know that's a huge IF but stay with me) you manage to beat us this week, I will definitely be rooting for you to STOMP those Ravens or Bills.

Almost everyone I talk to really have no illusions that we'll win this Sunday against KC, and are just so happy we beat PIT. Win or lose for us this weekend, it was a remarkably successful season. Just hope we keep it competitive and good luck to you all.

"Any given Sunday." As Chiefs fans we've been on the wrong side of that one for decades. I know I have a tad of Chiefs PTSD even after we won LIV last Feb.

But as a fan of football, watching the Browns finally get over the hump and beat the Steelers, in the playoffs, in CLE's first playoff game in nearly twenty years? That was an epic show. A "feast for the eyes," as I believe Howard Cosell once said. As a football story, it's a really good one.

For me, it was very reminiscent of my Blues finally winning a Stanley Cup in 2019. I feel like I can relate to what must've been a kind of Heaven/Hell for you while you watched that game.

But yeah, CLE's defense is not good. Not enough quality pieces yet. I've been saying for awhile now that it'll be a couple seasons yet before you have the pieces you need on D, and they get settled into their roles.

So this is probably not your year, Browns fan. Not if Mahomes comes out hot.

But I'm sure you and yours will have a heck of a time anyway.

41 - 14 heading into the FOURTH quarter. Browns win 49-38

Browns vs. Colts (this one not as egregious)
27 - 10 part way through third quarter. Browns win 32-23 (but only because of Rivers miscues)

Browns vs. Titans (this is the worst)
38 - 7 after half (yes, that's a 31 pt lead), outcome....Browns win 41-35

And of course the most recent PIT game. Moral of the story? No, not that the Browns Defense is bad, that's too obvious -- it's that the BROWNS WON all of those games and are now America's Team! :toast:
