Stupid ass pick.
|
This thread is better but it doesn't have OFFICIAL in the name so I'm torn.
|
LSU fan here....Great pick.....The guy will spin into the end zone....
|
Love the way he runs in these highlights
|
My biggest question with any RB: how's his ball security?
|
He’s going to be so good in this offense.

RPO experience and skills ... is that the rationale?
FAX |
LETS ****ING GOOOO
|
I don’t like the positional value but he is 100% the best back in the class IMHO.
|
How are people even mad? We haven’t had serious rb talent since Jamaal
|
I ****ing love it
|
Andy just got his Dex McCluster replacement!
|
Not a huge fan of taking a RB in R1, but this kid fits the offense. Seems
Like a Ekeler/Bigger Sproles Type. |
pretty sure coach Reid and Veech know what they're doing. Let's go
|
RB at 32 is perfect. Five years of control and don’t have to ever think about a second contract
|
Dude is going to be a beast in this offense.

Dane should be happy.
With the lbs off the board and the cbs gone, I'm not upset about a rb. I dont know a whole lot about any of them but he would have been my pick over the others. Less mileage and less fumbles. More dynamic as a receiver from what I had seen. We have a crowded backfield now though. |
I wanted Dobbins but this is perfectly acceptable.
|
Probably a little early, but I like it. He fits this Offense well and he really made that Offense click against some big time opponents.
The Chiefs got harder to Defend tonight. |
If Mahomes is happy, I'm happy

Detox ****ing called it.

Good pick. Surprising but good
|
Good ****ing pick.

CEH had the most percentage of his teams receptions of any RB. I believe it was 35% of LSU’s passing offense was to him.

Good guy to return kicks, right out of the gate. It's the out of the blue nature of the pick that I like.

So what's his feel good story? Can't get enough of those!

I think Veach is big on drafting rbs with big squat numbers. He and hunt were likely the highest squatting rbs available

This pick screams Andy Reid trying to re-create Brian Westbrook.
I will admit I trashed Edwards-Hilaire in another thread earlier today, and swore that he would never be picked by the Chiefs because of his lacklustre pass protection. It comes almost as a given that Bieniemy demands this out of his backs, but there is no denying he will be a huge matchup problem in the passing game and although he doesn’t have the greatest breakaway speed, He runs tough as nails between the tackles and is very elusive at the point of attack. I am more than willing to give this guy a chance and hope he develops into a great weapon for the defending Super Bowl champions. |
