I feel kind of dirty for rooting for them. I wanted to beat them for a third time this season (after Miami wins, of course).

Faders gonna fade...

Cmd'r&Chief 01-07-2017 07:23 PM

If there were a way to add insult to injury, I'd like to pee in Jack Del Rio's shoes...

Can you imagine? Del Rio is in the locker room, weeping as he changes into his post-game shoes. He goes to stand up and instantly feels piss squishing between his toes. His socks get soaked with piss, and this happens to be the one game where he forgot his post-game socks. Now he's faced with a choice...The only other shoes he has are his sweaty, stinky, game shoes. So does he wear his piss soaked socks with his sweaty game shoes? Or does he go without socks, barefoot in his sweaty game shoes? Either way, his ****ing feet are going to be uncomfortable as hell for the post-game conference.

Faders looked like crap. Swept by the Chiefs-then one and done.

Nice season.

13and3 01-07-2017 09:50 PM

Silly raiders one man does not a team make. With John dorsey drafting quality players and our top 3 head coach we will dominate this division for years. Carr will demand a 150 million dollar contract, and mack will ass rape them for the rest of the cap space. Rest assured they will be royal screwed for the rest of time again with thier mvp qb

oldman 01-07-2017 10:07 PM

Proudly Raider hating since 1963. It's even sweeter to see the scumbag Del Rio know his season is over.

They have the most expensive O line in the AFC. Their back up line is a big step down from their starters too. Not much depth on their team as a whole. A few good players and a lot of jags.

We should sweep them again next year too.

Mr. Derek 01-07-2017 10:50 PM

"Good job! Good effort!" Season for the Raiders, as they finally get back to the playoffs only to be eliminated in the first round by a pathetic team with a garbage QB.
"Very happy" for their "fans" that finally "enjoyed" a post season "game".
Now they can all go f*** themselves.

Digging the way you're thinking here

NJChiefsFan 01-07-2017 11:18 PM

They really were a clown show today.

CoMoChief 01-07-2017 11:19 PM

They're going to be a force next season though.

Denver is the team I see regressing, until they solve their post-Manning QB problem.

They drafted Lynch in the 1st rd, but they evidently don't trust him yet. It was a meaningless game for Denver. They were playing at home against a team who's without their starting QB. Perfect rookie-friendly opportunity/scenario for Lynch to come out. But he didn't play...at all. What did Denver have to lose? I don't understand that at all. Whats better than giving your young QB live reps in a real game?

Then again I'm not complaining. Glad Denver took care of business that day and gave KC a bye week in the playoffs. It's YUUUGE!!!...the team needs it.

POND_OF_RED 01-08-2017 12:02 AM

Really sucks that Carr got hurt. Raiders fans got to disappear into the darkness without a real end to their season. Even with Carr, they stood no chance in the playoffs. They all legitimately thought they did, though. Would have been much more fun to see them lose with there "MVP" behind center. Oh well. Guess it keeps up the delusion to make next season even worse for them. **** the Raiders.

big nasty kcnut 01-08-2017 01:01 AM

I felt bad oh wait that was gas. Sorry but raiders losing is a great thing!

Upper deck every toilet in the Oakland metro area.

Red Dawg 01-08-2017 08:02 AM

Del Rio had a horrible plan for the game. Cook looked worse than a rookie and clearly didn't know the playbook. They should have ran a shit ton and only called like 20 pass plays s that Cook knew very well. They acted like all was normal.

Seriously?

They came out running the ball, and the first 3 passes were screens.

The Texans were loading the box, and the Raiders should have come out with PA to take advantage of that, or at least attempt to.

plus, the receivers dropped multiple passes. as in passes that hit them in the hands and chest. just an awful performance.

efff the raiders. and efff del rio. in his effing ear.

notorious 01-08-2017 09:24 AM

Del Rio couldn't gameplay pee-wee football. Until they get a real coach they are just another team.

Exactly. The Raiders played it way safe - the "typical" rookie QB 1st start dink -dunk game plan. They aren't built for that style. Like you suggested, I'd have gone with PA right out of the gate to take advantage of the defensive set and then I would have tried to do as much of the same type of stuff that got them there as possible - but always having PA in my back pocket. They played right into the Texans hands.
