She's an attractive woman, but I hated her portrayal of Saavik. Although that's probably as much on Nimoy as her.

Saavik was half-Vulcan half-Romulan, so she did display emotions. In Star Trek II, Saavik was haughty, arrogant and cried at Spock's funeral. In the following movies (directed by Nimoy) her character was played as a straight Vulcan. BOOOOOO

I think Terry Farrell's the hottest. But, technically, I noticed the poll has their character names, not their real names. So are you asking which character is the hottest (i.e. most desirable)? Because I'd be inclined to pick Marina Sirtis (the woman), but Deanna Troi (the character) would scare the shit out of me. She'd always know how you were feeling. Another option that should probably be on the list is Kim Cattrall's Lt. Valaris. I mean, it is Kim Cattrall.

Another interesting bit of Saavik trivia - the character of Valaris in Star Trek VI was supposed to be Saavik, but Roddenberry overruled the director since he didn't want to turn Saavik into a villain. Which I think really ****ing sucked - having Saavik in that role would have been perfect. She would have had a deep-seeded motive to never want peace with the Klingons (being half Romulan + David's death), and betrayal by a long-time crewmember would have been that much worse for Spock. Would have been awesome, especially if Allen would have reprised the role. :mad:
