Marcus Peters is back

I'm sure this won't embed because it's NFL but here's his highlights, good to have him back. 2 int's 1 FF strip. but still tackles like a girl.

Best player on our defense.

If we can Tard-wrangle both Kelcee and Peters for our playoff push we might have a chance...

farmerchief 12-17-2017 11:14 AM

IMO, his most impressive play was the third down stop of Travis Benjamin short of the first down marker in the red zone! I didn't know he had that in him? But "Bravo"

Marcellus 12-17-2017 11:15 AM

IM glad he is back playing better but the first highlight was almost a major **** up, they are damn lucky the WR didn't catch the ball they tipped right to him in the EZ.

The first INT looked like he was fielding a punt that wasn't a skill play by any means then he runs around holding the ball extended in one hand like an idiot.

Ragland actually punched the ball out on the fumble.

2nd INT was a nice play.

"I CAN tackle!"

Yes, we knew you could.

Now do it consistently...

I agree 100%, he actually made two tackles last night if I remember correctly. One was a hard hit.

He is as good as there is when he wants to be, no one ever doubted that

I was so pissed while watching that play. If Peters is covering in your area, and you’re an unathletic white guy, just get the **** out of the way. Dirty Dan cost Peters a 3 int night.

PHOG 12-17-2017 11:24 AM

Nice to see his head back on straight on good football.

And honestly, it hit the WR in the hands...

Agreed! That was the best sign, a 100% effort, fairly physical play to help the team make the stop. That was the Peters we all fell in love with. Welcome back.

Ragland didn’t punch ball out, Peters stripped. And LOL at the INT not being a “skill play”. So he did nothing to read and get in position? Then he runs it back for 60 yards or so but he’s an idiot?

Sorry, but your take is bad.
