Positives: Excellent fundamentals in thread participation. Has great burst off the line of scrimmage, knows how to leverage maximum gusto into every football opinion. Is able to fully engage, often armed with links and information. When given open space, can definitely create opportunities for football conversation.

Negatives: Frequently overcommits to Mormons. Once fully engaged, too frequently goes full reerun in an effort to compensate for an unsupported opinion. Believes Dontari Poe is not a good football player. Occasionally is a disruption in the locker room; can obsessively pound on some prospects so hard as to disrupt DraftPlanet unity. Swears like a sailor.

cosmo2002

Positives: High posting frequency, showing up to post nearly every day. A real lunchpail guy, willing to do the things in DC that few others are willing to do, i.e. spend his days slamming his dick into a drawer trying to get half of the Obama Is Satan crowd to accept basic science and economics. Brings good forum versatility, as he is active in the Lounge as well. Can be expected for quality drive by insults on the regular.

Negatives: Fighting fire with fire in DC usually ends up poorly. While generally very willing to get his hands dirty in a flamewar, is not terribly gifted at it. Seems to have a lot of wasted motion in that regard. His Lounge participation is strong but the football conversation is generally lacking.

Direckshun

Positives: Has a relentless work ethic, often working late into the night on bullshit drills. High character individual with low chance of being a locker room cancer (teammates may think he is not black enough). Brings detailed analysis in defense of his football takes.

Negatives: Has a chronic issue with support of game managers. May blindly knee-jerk at the first sign of GM failure. Tends to overload on thread posting habits and may annoy teammates.

Count Alex's Wins

Positives: A galvanizing figure in the locker room, is as capable of dividing it as he is uniting it. Offers forum versatility, as a key contributor to Lounge, Picture and Media forums. Frequently informed on his takes, outstanding understanding of how to construct an argument. Can hit a homerun on any given post with a screencap or .gif. People with opposing opinions must know where he is on any given play.

Negatives: Will often pout if not made the focal point of the offense, projecting terrible body language and trolling. Will often pass the opinions of primary resources as his own. Great discipline in argument construction does not carry over to DC. While he does show a great affinity for the female form, he does come with a troubled history of misogynism. Will need to be groomed for a couple years on that front.

Positives: Enthusiastic on the field. Cares a great deal and thinks every idea he has is a great one. Seems to be a good teammate without a single negative thing to say about anyone, no matter how aggressively he's prompted. When firing off a thread, is usually one with a pertinent subject matter of some sort. Has started quoting more media outlets to spurn conversation, which is a welcome new facet to his game.

Negatives: Heart is in the right place, but just doesn't have the tools you need to be a successful poster. Poor usage of punctuation and spelling. Ideas are often undercooked and not fully backed up. Not entirely clear how old this poster is, he may be underaged and thus not eligible for drafting. If that's the case, might be worth storing on the practice squad until his education is fully completed.

chiefzilla makes me laugh at the oddest times...half the time I have absolutely no clue what it is that is making me laugh. I love watching him interact with people who don't like him. He is respectful, yet is up front about his disapproval of feeling disrespected. Ahhh...can't explain it. He is good shit.

Positives: A pure thread manager. He is not going to go for the deep insight or gamble many quips on the edge. He thrives by staying very middle of the road and ensuring that while the thread may not be elevated by his play, he won't be the reason why it loses, either. Generally positive locker room presence.

Negatives: Not someone you can build an offense around. He's a good role player who can do his job, but he is not going to be getting the big chunks of yardage a winning thread needs. Works best in a rotation with more aggressive posters.

Positives: Ultimate natural talent at creating thread burst, almost without trying. Nearly every movement inspires tons of energy throughout the team and is frequently the creator of dynamic convos, occasionally at her expense. Potential as a franchise prospect is sky high, with a proven track record of years of thread success. Extremely good presence in the locker room, and a great facilitator of the talent around her. Is almost scary-receptive to coaching.

Negatives: Needs to have her technique developed. Her talent is so effortless, she desperately needs guidance to best optimize her abilities in threads. You can't duplicate this prospect's burst, but she needs work to tap into that Hall of Fame potential. Not versatile at all; almost all her talent has come from non-football threads, and it's hard to see if her talent could translate to anything other than what she's done.
