Let's get a real GM in here that's KNOWS player personel. Let that be his sole function-to assemble the best tesam possible. Build through the draft. Have a DEFINITIVE PLAN. No more let's merge the President and GM as the same person. It's CLEARLY a conflict of interest. Money will always outweigh the decision making process of keeping skilled players. Carl has had 19 freaking years. NINETEEN. Why is that not sinking in with some of you?

Apparently that's the theme because as I read the topic, that's the 1st word that poped into my head.

After 19 years he has had his chance. Time for new blood. The Gleem is gone.

Well that isn't going to happen but, if it did happen, I would expect a new head coach and an all new coaching staff.

This is a stupid question. 19 years with 1 season of winning a playoff game should be enough to get any GM fired.
