Yes, I'm going to say that the NFC is much improved over last year, with a very straight face. Have you checked out the whole NFC Central? All above 500 with 4-2 being the worst record. Have you Checked out Washington? The state of just those teams shows that the NFC is much improved this year over last year. It's laughable that you don't see it.

I think we need a Swiss Army knife on the outside. We’ve got speed guys. We’ve got the slot guy for the underneath or scramble drill. I’d really like to see mahomes have some quick hitters to WRs can just run a really good route, can move around to exploit coverages, a guy who can play shallow, intermediate and deep. We’ve been using a lot of these guys who are one or the other. In hindsight I wish we would have used rashee as more of a downfield option knowing how well juju was going to play as a power slot. Especially with all these defenses playing these deep coverages and with mahomes getting inconsistent protection.

Nah, our defense can win us games. We are at an unusual point we haven’t seen in a while where our offense can legit lose us games. And we all know that we have way too much talent and offensive masterminds that this should never be the case.

I'd say if Pat plays like he did last week and throws it to the open guy, we'll be ok.

Well, I agree in totality the NFC is better than it was last season depthwise, but I don't think any of this year's NFC teams are as good as last year's 49ers team.

And isn't that ultimately what matters? We go against the juggernaut of the NFC, not its overall strength.

This is based on a sample size of 1 game. We aren’t gonna get 100 yard games from juju every week. There are defenses that will take way better advantage of coverage sacks and finishing the deal with pressure. We aren’t gonna keep getting away with being unable to complete short/intermediate passes for TDs. And much as I get the need to embrace the running game, we still need this offense and team to run through mahomes.

I don’t think everything just clicked the week we lost our best WR. The floor isn’t as low as many, myself included, thought but it’s still shaky. I think we will have defenses that will give us a hard time especially as they adjust to our adjustment.

Give mahomes some weapons to cook.

Lions are good. Not now without Hutch, but their offense is good.

Stop paying the guy that much if he needs all these weapons to cook.

We got what we got.

Either Pat goes into 2022 mode and just plays his ass off and we lean into the run game, or we don't.

I don't see many other options.
