Are they in the running for Landry?

If they get him at his price, I'd imagine they'd be willing to move......you know.

They were rumored to have a deal in place, but that second part is exaclty why I’m not buying it.

I'm telling you guys. Odell could be had.

I bet the 2nd we got from the Rams would do it.

Why would the Chiefs want a guy that's clearly not only a diva, but fragile as well?

I think it will be quite interesting to see what happens to Landry, Beckham and Watkins, the three best WR's from the 2014 draft.

If they're all on different teams, I think it'll say something about drafting WR's high.

He's the best WR in football?

Paired with Kelce, Hill and Hunt, Mahomes couldn't be set up any better to succeed.

He's had some outbursts for sure, but Andy can handle a diva WR.

Julio’s been the only WR taken that high that’s been worth it in a while

Hopkins?

He's only been hurt 1 time right? It is football, injuries happen.

That’s why I said earlier. Don’t draft offensive skill positions in the first rd

O.city 03-08-2018 12:11 PM

Odell has averaged 1300 yards and double digit TD's.

Save for the injury shortened 2017.

I'd say that's worth it, no?

chiefscafan 03-08-2018 12:11 PM

I'm all for Landry I think it costs to much in trade I'm all in on Watkins. I don't think he's been utilized right the QB shuffle in Buffalo. And not having enough time with Goff and rams before season hurt his stats. He could be great on our team. I don't think he will cost a lot either.

O.city 03-08-2018 12:12 PM

The draft is in fact a crap shoot. We can say "don't take skill players high" and find situations where that works out and some that don't.

QB is about the only position I'd say you pretty much have to take early to get a legit guy. Otherwise , sure they can be found elsewhere.

O.city 03-08-2018 12:12 PM

I'm not paying Landry, a slot wr, that much money. No way.

He was a late 1st. I’m talking top 10-15.

Problem it seems with WR's that high is that they're pretty dependent on the QB and teams drafting that high usually suck at QB.

Unless they're just freaks like Hopkins who could catch passes from Pestilence for TD"S.
