Would this fan base accept Bill Parcells and Scott Pioli? I'm not talking about CP, I already know that answer. The fan base. Would they accept it?

Time and length of Reid interview is interesting. When Fisher was scheduled to meet with CH and SP last year they blocked out 4 hrs.

Andy reid, lamonte has met w KC Chiefs for over 9 hours. Owner clark hunt, pres Mark donovan, GM scott pioli and 4 others. @ProFootballTalk
Call me crazy, but this tweet could be interpreted that he's STILL meeting with them.

Jackson, Dorsey, Bailey, Smith and Pituatoa SUCK. Silar is garbage. I'm healthier than Kendrick Lewis and I'm 47 years old.

You can argue all you want but that doesn't change the fact that the Chiefs need a shit ton of personnel on BOTH sides of the ball before they can compete for the playoffs, especially considering there's not an RGIII or Andrew Luck or even a Cam Newton available this year.

I said it in 2009 and I'll say it again in 2013: Scott Pioli set this franchise back FIVE YEARS with the selections of Tyson Jackson and Matt Cassel and it could be several more years before they're ready to compete consistently.

Dorsey will be plenty good in Tampa next season.

I could interpret that from that tweet.

No, let's all act all butthurt instead.

Seriously, if you can't rationalize it and be ok with it, why are you here? If you can't have any hope, what reason is there to continue to be a fan?

That's fine, but the team will still have a GM even if the coach makes most of the decisions. RIght now Pioli is still part of management, that's probably why he's there with Hunt and four others, but we knew that two days ago.

**** this.

I would expected more people dodging sky, that's for sure.

Personally, I don't see a single positive in having Pioli attend any coaching interviews ... if, that is, if Clark was sincere about saying "he" was going to hire the coach. Were I the Chiefs owner, I'd bring along a couple of football guys and my Visa card and that's it. The last thing I'd consider is hauling along the epitome of GM incompetence.

I have no doubt that the NFL "club" has discussed Pioli extensively over the course of this season. And knowing what I do, I have little doubt that his new nickname in NFL circles is "The Sicilian Matt Millian".

Then why did we have SOC this year?

We had 5 probowlers we should have kept hope.

I've already stated that if Pioli is with this organization next year.....I'm not here as a fan. So it's a win/win for me. Pioli is gone and I get to be a fan. Pioli is back and my Sundays are ****ing open.

This.

I don't want anything to do with Andy Reid but if they are going to spend 9 hours with the guy I would hope they get him signed, sealed and delivered.
