I am just using the cast iron for everything.

Chicken drumsticks tonight. I'll toss a few in Buffalo Sauce.

Hey FMB! - I do have a question - I have some sirloin tips that are cut like finger size for stir fry - I'm thinking of pounding very very thing and using it in a terryaki of sorts. Any good fairly 'normal' ideas w/ additions? - I love bean sprouts and green onion - broccoli - carrots - and mushroom as the usual. I'm just looking for a nice Mongolian style - maybe.

Just find a good brown sauce and make beef with broccoli.

Maybe some onion slivers in there.

I use 'Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce.' Though I buy it by the gallon.

Any combination of the following: Basmati rice, ginger, garlic, snow peas, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, cashews, sriracha, toasted sesame oil, black sesame seeds.
