The Big 12 champion Baylor Bears lost two games last year. They went 7-1 against their Big 12 brethren with an average margin of 29 points in those victories.

They lost to UCF and Oklahoma State by a combined 42 points. Mizzou promptly whipped both of those teams by a combined 38 points.

Baylor probably just softened them up for us.
