I pulled up the carpet and tack strips and removed the baseboards. I'm repainting, replacing the carpet with hardwood and replacing the plastic baseboards with oak.

Retired at 36? No. Maybe by 56. I'm just in a hurry to finish this house so I can get started on the next one.
