You can easily find that information on the web if you know someone's full name. Coffey saw my latest article and ran with it.

Then someone changed their mind because it does not say banned under his username. As a former moderator I can tell you that if you go to the user's profile page it will say banned under their username after they have been banned. Gochiefs should know this, right Clayton?

When joeyranaway got his temporary ban it didn't say "banned" under his username. I think that's only if it's permanent. Maybe "suspended" would be a better word.

It won't be an IP ban, to my knowledge only two users have ever got the dreaded IP ban because it can hit other posters inadvertantly. I won't mention their usernames but as I recall much research was done to make sure there would be no collateral damage from such a ban. A true pain in the ass.

I can tell you he has given me rep after when you people say he was banned, so maybe he agreed to not post for a week but he could not have given me positive rep after a ban. So unless a mod confirms it I don't believe you are correct Clayton.

A few things, I didn't ban joeyrunaway...

CC was banned....unbanned for a few mins. and then banned again because I was messing with some little options.

I am shocked people take rep so seriously...I had no idea about some of the depths.

I don't know then..each vBulletin software is different..with different options..Zach edited his post and told him to take a week off..so I am assuming thats what happened.

This was a few weeks back, it may have been another mod that did it.
