In November, they would do "weekly ugrades" to their whole system. They would do it on Sunday nights at midnight. I understand they are trying to please their customer base. But I get home from work around midnight. To come home to no internet AND no cable sucks. I just don't understand why they have to do maintence or upgrades every ****ing week. Doesn't make any sense.

Midnight's still a little early. You'd think they'd wait until 3 AM when there's nothing on but infomercials.

It would be great if they waited until 3, but they don't. And I wouldn't mind if they had a certain day with a certain time and they told everybody. But its all completly random.

That would drive me nuts. I have Qwest cable here and I can't ever remember it being out in the 10 years I've been with them.
