Sky has been hiking with us this summer. She seems to like her pack and always holds still while I put it on her. She knows it's time to go adventuring when I get it out.

Right now we are just checking her over after the hike. It's supposed to be a bad year for them but we have only found one and it hadn't dug it. She is due for a vet visit and we plan on getting something for ticks then. I'm spacing the name of it right now but you just put a drop on the skin on the back of the neck.

I looked it up. It's Revolution. I think you have to have a prescription for it.

My vet told me when my dog turn 6 months said to give him this.

So just figured I'd pass along something my vet told me about 800petmeds. I have no skin in the game, just passing it along.

He says there are some meds that you can only get from certain distributors, and some (like what we give our dog, Sentinel) the distributors say they don't supply Pet Meds. They have no idea where they're coming from or if they're legit meds, even though they might look real. :shrug:

So my vet won't write a script if he knows I'm going to Pet Meds.

In any case, he suggested I try Drs. Foster & Smith. They ended up being cheaper anyway, and there's no question where their meds come from.
