I think 96m is Carmelo's max. Sorry I'm still in the camp of Broussard is a moron who has no idea what he's talking about.

No the Heat have cap holds.
Edit: some other writer was wrong about this earlier in the week too. |

Here's how max contracts are figured. Bosh if he leaves Miami can and probably will get the full 4 year 96 mil max from his new team. Posted via Mobile Device |
Heat just signed Josh Mcroberts
4 year 23 million |

The Heat are in trouble. Josh McRoberts and his career 5.7 points per game wouldn't get anyone to stay much less LeBron James.

Max offer from Houston to Bosh is 4 years, $88 million |

@ByTimReynolds: Here we go, folks. There's more than Granger and McRoberts, too.
|
LeBron James and Danny Granger play the same position, do the math.
|
Granger is pretty much done IMO. He was horrible with the Clippers. I guess Lewis will be gone

Granger = bench |

McRob = MLE Granger = LLE Norris Cole trade gets another guy for ~$2.2M |

Besides the Heat have this young guy that was stashed over in Australia this past season - James Ennis. Tore up the Australian league and so far doing the same in the Summer League. He is that 8-9 guy off the bench with some youth that Miami is looking for. |

So can the Rockets get Bosh and still match Parsons if needed? Why am I so dumb? RFA pisses me off
|
Granger is 1yr with player option for 2nd.
McRoberts is 3yr with player option for 4th. |
@ESPNSteinLine: Heat strike deals with Josh McRoberts and, according to @WojYahooNBA, Danny Granger. LeBron, I'm told, was made aware of McRoberts pursuit

Yes - they have a $2.2m trade exception from the Joel Anthony trade and they also can move Norris Cole for another player. |

Cleveland just date raped twice by the same guy. That vagina is wounded for life.
|
But the deal is done with LBJ to the cavs.
CP said so last night. |
These deals still don't make the Heat better than set year, even if Bosh stays which it's looking like he won't.
It's been reported that the Cavs have been especially active in trade conversations, and insiders within the organization expect a big move soon. |
PLEASE LET LBJ GO BACK TO THE CAVS!
|
LeBrons agent is pressuring him to the Cavs, his wife wants him to go to Cleveland. Cleveland is younger, more athletic, has more depth, and has a lot more assets to keep improving. His best shot at a dynasty and long term success is in Cleveland. Also winning a Championship(s) there would be a lot more meaningful and make him even more legendary.

This should be obvious..
Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA 3 minutes ago No guarantees made, but Danny Granger/Josh McRoberts committed to Heat w/ strong belief LeBron James will be a teammate, sources tell Yahoo. |

One thing is certain, Lebron will not be a Cav. If Rustshak and Broussard are saying so, im certain hes going elsewhere
|
Quote:
I want Rustshack to be right about something for a change. It would be good for the guy. |
Yeah his best chance is at a place with a bunch of kids not the team he just went to the finals with. All the Heat need to do is improve their bench and it appears they are.

@EthanJSkolnick For all the Chris Bosh reports out there, I keep checking back and keep hearing same: he intends to be in Miami.

But hey if they don't make a major upgrade and lebron resigns with them, you can't blame his supporting cast last season or any future season for him not winning. Posted via Mobile Device |

LeBron also took the Cavs with a roster 10x worse than the current one to the finals, so it's a moot point. Not to mention LeBron is even better now than he was then.
Irving now > Wade now Bosh is leaving Who else do they have?? Waiters, Varejao, Thompson Still not writing off Bennett who was hurt and had to deal with Mike Brown and a team that was disgruntled with the whole situation. Oh and Andrew Wiggins. Not to mention we have the Heats first round pick next year and I even think someone else's. |

Looks like no Channing Frye to Golden State...
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Yahoo Sources: Free agent Channing Frye agrees on a four-year, $32 million deal with the Orlando Magic. <a href="http://t.co/2neWPEMjl0">http://t.co/2neWPEMjl0</a></p>— Adrian Wojnarowski (@WojYahooNBA) <a href="https://twitter.com/WojYahooNBA/statuses/486273763877466114">July 7, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
Isn't that the guy claiming up and down that Iowa State was destined for the Big 12 season champion last year?
