I asked this in another thread as well.

I don't think it was a Reid decision. I think this was a Smith decision.

I fully disagree that it's a "bad look".

Everyone that watched the Colts game thought he was concussed, not once, but twice. He should never have been allowed to re-enter the game. I don't care if he passed one or both tests, it was clear that he wasn't 100% healthy and refs didn't give shit. They failed to call a penalty in either case, which left him as a sitting duck for further injury.

IMO, he should take a week, two weeks or even three weeks to get healthy. It's his long term health that's at stake and he should be afforded every opportunity to get healthy before subjecting his brain to further trauma.

I gotta agree with Dane that there is no rush to get Smith back. Foles is a capable back up and those hits on Smith did not look good. He looked totally out of it.

Give the guy time to get healthy and lets roll with Foles in the meantime. If Smith starts having a lot of concussions it could be his career.

smith/personal doctor/family/wife

good for him IMO...he needs to take care of #1 ...He has a mountain of cash...and a bangin ass wife...what good is all that if his brains get scrambled?

Roll the tape of Days of Thunder where Nichole Kidman tells Cole "You're scared Cole, you're scared"

His wife seemed nice on Twitter.

Not a bad get for a 1 week Fantasy Football bye week/injury replacement fix.

Yet another QB that ripped off the Chiefs over the years

If the independent neurologists passed him to go back and play, I don't see how it's on the officials or the team to make that call.

If he's hurt, fine, don't play. But coming out and saying he's symptom free makes it look bad.

Remind me what the team total yards was for that game?

Thanks for the humor kid

KC had 326 yards against NO (214 passing) & then they had 422 yards (334 passing) against the Colts. What point are you trying to prove? They are equally shitty defenses.

After reading this tread, I now have a mashup of "Breakdown" and "Royals" stuck in my head. :cuss:

A paltry 326 yards.

The lowest total the Saints have allowed all season.

Who cares? The object is to win the game not gain the most total yds.

Stick to fantasy football man. You obviously only care about stats.

O.city 11-02-2016 11:56 AM

In general, stats are gonna lead to more points. More points equal more wins.

The Pats win a shitload and have a shitload of yards and points. It's not an either or situation.

If that's the case, I can't blame him. But I don't want my starting QB playing scared worrying about injury when he's not injured.
