I think the harsh reality we all have to accept is even though a lot of us would like to see what Stanzi has because we know Cassel stinks, it wouldn't exactly be breaking news if a 5th round 2nd year QB isn't all that good. So I'm not going to get all bent out of shape if he doesn't pan out.
Gee, the D has looked better against the cassel led boweless offense? Hopefully they practice soon against another nfl team so our D can get to speed.

Honestly his passes for the most part have been well thrown/placed. this is seriously the best I have seen matt look and this is coming from a cassel hater. Quinns throws have been mostly over thrown and stanzi is somewhere in between right now

There's been more than two. Off the top of my head, Kent Babb (who said Stanzi was the best QB he saw in OTAs) is now saying Cassel is head and shoulders above everyone else at camp. He's not the only one saying that, I'm just singling him out because of his previous OTA remarks.

The #CountryBreakfast guy, I forget his name, made a list just yesterday of guys that are standing out for the wrong reasons. Stanzi was the first person he named. He had the most negative take on Stanzi that I've seen until I saw the OP of this thread.

Not that those opinions are more valid than anyone else's. I'm just saying it's not a 610 anti-Stanzi conspiracy. There are people who haven't been wowed.

Maybe so, but I just want to find out at some point. IMO, if Cassel shits the bed again this year, we don't have anything to lose by giving him a look in real games.

In general fans see what they want to see. Cassel can go 18 for 24 for 250 and 2tds ( a good performance for him) and people are still going to talk about a missed read 100 fold over any TD pass. There are still some people clinging to the belief that Palko did things better than Cassel.

The best thing that could happen to this team is Cassel having a better year than 2010.

He does that, this team is winning playoff games.
