Bad situation to get into. When it comes to friends and family i never really expect much in return. You should probably find a way tactfully to explain you wanting your own space and that her staying there is just temporary.

She claims there is this guy who owns some apartments and he is going to let her clean for the rent. she said she would be out in 2 weeks, I don't really beleive her, but I am going to ask her what day she is planning on moving. I am going to ask her that in the morning and see what she says.

Well at this point it really doesn't matter anyway because she has probably been there long enough to have legally established residency and it's not going to be up to you when she leaves, the only way you'll be able to 'get rid' of her is to move.

Whenever I needed to get rid of a roommate I always invited them on a float trip. Most couldn't.... float, that is.
