Fans aren't stupid. Buggs/Wanya/Godrick are no name players that aren't impacting wins/losses if they are suspended/cut. They know Rice is good. They know losing Rice hurts the Chiefs.

If it were Chris Jones instead of Buggs, there would 100% be national outrage and calls for cutting, suspension, etc.
