Our defense isn't good enough to defend the deep pass and stop the run. We have to load up for one or the other.

That's why we stop them for field goals, short field lets us play our safeties closer to LoS.

Our front 7 just isn't that good and our corners can't be left without help.

Pass rush non-existent without blitzing

The Chiefs will continue to be a laughing stock until they find a franchise QB. It's as simple as that. When you have to "manufacture" offense, you really stand no chance, especially with a D this bad.

The Chiefs have been shit against the run since Johnson's injury, and weren't that good before it. They've finally run up against a team that is actually committing to the run, so they're being exposed.

And if the Steelers had run more inside the five, this game is probably already 20-7, with the Steelers driving again.
