His performance on special teams doesn't have any bearing, nor should it, on whether he gets WR snaps.

His fuck ups were returning punts. That’s quite different than running routes and catching passes.

I don’t see much downside in slow walking him on offense. It’s not like Mecole is tearing it up. So if we shift some of Mecole’s reps to Moore, where is the downside?

I rewatched several of the games from the 13 season. He started out as a third string TE just like Noah Gray. Then he got hurt.

Kelce played one snap in 2013, brah. On special teams. On a play where the FG got blocked when he switched sides with Sean McGrath because he knew a kick block was coming over that side and his knee felt like shit.

Not sure where you're getting your data here...

You sure you're not thinking 2014? Fasano was the starter at the beginning of the year and Kelce was the clear #2. Dropmetrius was getting a handful of snaps in the TE3 role. By mid-season, Kelce and Fasano had swapped spots.

Maybe re-watch several of the games again.

In depth article by Seth Keysor on Skyy from a few hours ago. He made it free, so I'll post the whole thing under the spoiler. Pretty interesting. Best to click the link to his website because he's got some photos/gifs that go along with his analysis. Link

Enough warmup; Skyy Moore should be on the field more for the Chiefs
Looking at (almost) every snap by the rookie through four games and screaming into the void.

Yes yes, Skyy will absolutely get better sitting on the bench and thinking about what he did like the shamed bad little boy he is

skyy's issue was likely just being unfamiliar with the lay of the land in indy

it's really tough to catch punts with the sun in your face, and the look of the ceiling in that stadium is weird - makes it hard to pick up the ball

Preferably at the expense of JJSS.

That experiment is RAPIDLY running its course. He looks as washed as he's looked for the last 3 seasons. He's just never open.

3 targets on 14 routes sounds more like a Mahomes thing than an Andy thing. Sure, Andy needs to get him more than 14 chances. But Mahomes also has to look his direction more.

Yes! JJ is not a number 1 and never really has been. He was good when everyone was doubling AB and he was an afterthought. When he had to be THE guy, he does a really good imitation of Demarcus Robinson.

Was open on Kelce's first TD.
